About PSPC

PSPC stands for Pakistan Security Printing Corporation. It is a private company but fully owned by the State Bank of Pakistan. It is the only company in Pakistan that is allowed to print money and other secure documents like prize bonds.

The company works with high security and modern technology. PSPC is known for its professional work, discipline, and strong training systems. Every year, PSPC gives a chance to fresh graduates through a special training program called PLIP (Leadership Induction Program). After training, these people are hired as Assistant Managers.

 What is the PLIP Program?

PLIP stands for Leadership Induction Program. This is a training and job opportunity for new graduates who want to work in management or engineering roles.

This is the 3rd batch of the program. The selected people will first go through training. After completing the training, they will be hired permanently as Assistant Managers at PSPC.

 Positions Available

PSPC is offering jobs for two types of trainees:

1. Management Trainee

If you have a degree in business or a related subject, you can apply for this post.

2. Trainee Engineer

If you have an engineering degree, you can apply as a trainee engineer.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for PSPC you must be eligible for that:

 Education

You must have completed 16 years of education like Bachelors or Master degree from any university that recognized by HEC (Higher Education Commission).

• You must have secure at least 60% marks or a 2.5/4.0 or 3.0/5.0 CGPA in your degree.

• If your degree is from a foreign country university, you need to submit an equivalence certificate from HEC.

 Fields of Study

For Management Trainee your degree should be in one of the following fields, this field are:

• Business Administration

• Public Administration

• Commerce

• Finance

• Economics

• Accounting

• Human Resources

• Mathematics

• Information Technology

• ACCA or CA (or any similar subject)

For Trainee Engineer your degree should be in the following fields:

• Mechanical Engineering

• Civil Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Electronics Engineering

• Mechatronics

• Chemical Engineering

• Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

Important Note:
Engineering candidates must have a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

If you are still studying or waiting for final results, you cannot apply.

Age Limit

• Your age should be 26 years or below on the last date of application (June 2, 2025).

• If you are from FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, or AJK, then you get a 3-year age relaxation.

• For PSPC employees who are not in management, the age limit is 50 years.

Selection Process

The selection process will include the following steps:

1. Online Application
   You should apply online before the deadline.

2. Shortlisting
   PSPC will review all applications and select some suitable candidates.

3. Tests & Interviews
   Shortlisted candidates will go through from following steps:

   • Written tests

   • Psychological tests

   • Medical tests

   • Security clearance

   • Interviews

4. Pre-Training Program
   Candidates who pass all the tests will be go through a training program.

5. Final Selection
   After training, you will be hired as an Assistant Manager (Officer Grade-1) at PSPC.

Salary and Benefits

This program offers good salary and benefits, even your the during training period.

During Training:

• You will get Rs. 40,000 every month during the training.

After Training:

• You will be hired as an Assistant Manager

• Your starting salary will be around Rs. 80,000 per month. It will be increased as you promoted time to time.
